es, you can both pick up and drop off your rental car outside of our regular hours using our Sharebox solution. Sharebox is an electronic key cabinet that allows you to access the key at any time of day or night.
The Sharebox key machine is located to the left of our office door at Ulsmågvegen 28, 5224 Nesttun.
How Sharebox Works
If you have arranged to use Sharebox when reserving your rental car, the process is as follows:
- Before the rental period begins, you will receive an SMS from FrontGo/Bergen Bilutleie with a link for card payment. You must pay through this link well in advance of us placing the key in the machine.
- A couple of hours before your rental starts, you'll receive another SMS with a link to open the Sharebox.
- When you are at the Sharebox cabinet, click on the link and enter the three-digit location code (LocationID) that is visible on the machine.
- A compartment on the Sharebox will open automatically, and the car key will be available.
- Remember to close the compartment after you have taken out the key.
